ESMAC Roofing recently completed a full residential roof replacement for homeowner Rodney Dipple at 455 County Road 558 in Enterprise, Alabama. This project involved a complete tear-off of the existing roofing system, replacement of deteriorated roof decking where necessary, and installation of a new high-performance GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt shingle roofing system.

• Final cleanup using magnetic nail collection equipment and complete jobsite restoration

Every step of the installation was completed in accordance with current manufacturer specifications and recognized roofing industry best practices.

Helping the Homeowner Through an Insurance Claim

One of the most significant aspects of this project was assisting the homeowner through a lengthy insurance claim process.

Mr. Dipple and his wife initially experienced multiple claim denials after reporting wind damage to their roof. Rather than giving up, ESMAC Roofing helped educate them on the documentation and evidence typically needed to support a wind damage claim.

Throughout approximately four to five months, we provided guidance on the steps they could take as property owners to properly document the roof damage, communicate with their insurance carrier, and present supporting information for further review.

Ultimately, the insurance company acknowledged the covered wind damage and approved the claim. The homeowners received funding for a full roof replacement based on the approved insurance estimate, allowing the project to move forward.
